Penumbra's Symposium Series partners with Hamline University to offer an in-depth discussion of the issues brought up in Sex Diary of an Infidel. A panel that includes Sharon Preves, Assistant Professor of sociology at Hamline University, Margaret Werry, Assistant Professor at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities in the Department of Theatre Arts and Dance, and Veena Deo, Professor in the Department of English at Hamline University will present a forum entitled, Crossing Boundaries: Subjectivity and Agency in the Age of Globalization. Join scholars, artists, students and community members on February 20, 2006 from 4:00 to 6:00 PM at Klas Center, Hamline University. The symposia is free and open to the public.
