Q. What kind of information will be included in the e-blasts?
A. We’ll send you emails about upcoming productions, special promotions, education opportunities, events and more!
Q.Will you share my information with other organizations?
A. No. Penumbra never shares, trades, or sells contact information to other organizations. If we do happen to have a co-production with another organization, they may send information via email on our behalf – but they do not keep your email address to use for their own purposes.
Q. How frequently will you email me?
A. It varies. On average, you’ll receive an email twice a month. When a show is playing, it might be more frequently.
Q. What if I decide after joining that I would rather not get e-blasts?
A. Simply unsubscribe! We promise we’ll remove you from the Penumbra News E-Blast list.

A. Annual Fund Requests, Thank you letters & Tax-receipts, renewal information for season tickets, memberships, etc.
Q. Is there anything I will still receive in the mail?
A. Yes. We will still mail items such as tickets and season brochures. Our intent is to diminish the amount of paper and postage we use – but we realize that we are currently unable to provide everything via email.

A. No. Penumbra never shares, trades, or sells contact information to other organizations.

A. It varies. During most periods it will likely be no more than one email per month.
