Master Class for Artists: Art with Intent with Sarah Bellamy

Artistic Director Sarah Bellamy takes a critical look at the process of theatre–how it is staged, why, to what end, and to what impact. Participants will consider the social responsibility of artists and learn how to use the tools of theatre to instigate social change. This class is ideal for the working artist or beginning to advanced theatre students interested in Penumbra’s signature approach and how to use their artistry as tools for social justice.
