A comprehensive approach to diversity and inclusion work that enriches the mind, body, and soul. Over four “seasons” participants build knowledge and skills to confront both interpersonal and structural inequity. Become sensitive and attentive to the needs of particular groups who are targeted based on race, gender, class, sexuality, age, (dis)ability, religion, and/or place of origin. Sow seeds of equity in your workplace, neighborhood, school, and community. Year-long engagement.
